Vasuki Tal is a high-altitude lake located in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand, India. The trek to Vasuki Tal is a challenging and rewarding experience that takes you through dense forests, beautiful meadows, and stunning mountain views. Here is a day-wise itinerary for the Vasuki Tal trek:

Day wise Details and Description

Day 1: Arrival in Haridwar

Our team will pick you up from the Haridwar railway station and transfer you to a hotel. You can spend the day exploring the city and preparing for the trek.

Day 2: Haridwar to Gaurikund (Drive: 8-9 hours)

After breakfast, we will drive to Gaurikund, a small town located at an altitude of 1,980 meters. The drive takes us through the scenic towns of Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Tilwara.

Day 3: Gaurikund to Kedarnath (Trek: 14 km, 5-6 hours)

Today, we will start our trek to Kedarnath, a holy town located at an altitude of 3,584 meters. The trek takes us through dense forests and beautiful meadows, and provides stunning views of the surrounding peaks.

Day 4: Kedarnath to Vasuki Tal (Trek: 7 km, 5-6 hours)

After breakfast, we will trek to Vasuki Tal, a high-altitude lake located at an altitude of 4,150 meters. The trek is challenging and requires prior trekking experience. We will camp near the lake for the night.

Day 5: Vasuki Tal to Khara Pathar (Trek: 10 km, 7-8 hours)

After breakfast, we will trek to Khara Pathar, a beautiful meadow located at an altitude of 3,900 meters. The trek takes us through snow and requires careful navigation.

Day 6: Khara Pathar to Kedarnath (Trek: 17 km, 8-9 hours)

Today, we will trek back to Kedarnath. The trek is long and requires stamina and endurance.

Day 7: Kedarnath to Gaurikund (Trek: 14 km, 4-5 hours)

After breakfast, we will trek back to Gaurikund. The trek provides stunning views of the surrounding peaks.

Day 8: Gaurikund to Joshimath (Drive: 6-7 hours)

After breakfast, we will drive to Joshimath, a beautiful town located at an altitude of 1,890 meters. The drive takes us through the scenic towns of Chamoli and Pipalkoti.

Day 9: Joshimath to Auli (Drive: 1 hour)

After breakfast, we will drive to Auli, a beautiful ski resort located at an altitude of 2,500 meters. You can spend the day exploring the town and enjoying the scenic views.

Day 10: Auli to Haridwar (Drive: 8-9 hours)

After breakfast, we will drive back to Haridwar, where we will spend the night in a hotel.

Day 11: Departure from Haridwar

Today is the last day of the trek, and our team will drop you off at the Haridwar railway station for your onward journey.
