The Black Peak Expedition is a high-altitude trek that requires prior trekking experience and physical fitness. The trek starts from the picturesque village of Munsiyari and takes you through the scenic Milam Valley, where you will witness the magnificent Panchachuli peaks. The trek passes through beautiful meadows, moraines, and glaciers, providing stunning views of the surrounding Himalayan ranges. The final climb to the summit is a technical climb, which requires mountaineering skills and experience.
Upon arrival in Delhi, our team will meet you at the airport and transfer you to a hotel for an overnight stay.
Early morning, we will catch the train to Kathgodam, where we will spend the night in a hotel.
After breakfast, we will drive to Munsiyari, a scenic town located in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand. Upon arrival, we will check-in at a hotel and spend the rest of the day acclimatizing.
After breakfast, we will start our trek to Lilam, a small village located on the banks of the Gori Ganga River. The trek passes through dense forests of rhododendron and oak trees, and provides stunning views of the Panchachuli peaks.
Today, we will trek to Bugdiyar, a beautiful campsite located at an altitude of 2,500 meters. The trek passes through a series of meadows and forests, and offers panoramic views of the surrounding peaks
After breakfast, we will trek to Martoli, a remote village located at an altitude of 3,430 meters. The trek passes through a glacier and a steep ascent, and provides stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
Today, we will trek to Milam Village, a historic village located at the confluence of the Gori Ganga and the Milam Glacier. The trek passes through a moraine and provides stunning views of the Milam Glacier.
After breakfast, we will start our trek to the Black Peak Base Camp, located at an altitude of 4,200 meters. The trek passes through the lush alpine meadows of Rilkot and provides stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
Today is a rest day, and we will spend the day acclimatizing and preparing for the climb to the summit.
We will spend the next four days climbing to the summit of Black Peak. The climb is technical and requires mountaineering skills and experience. The climb will take us through snow and ice, and will provide stunning views of the surrounding peaks. We will camp at high-altitude camps before making the final push to the summit.
After successfully summiting the Black Peak, we will descend back to the base camp. The descent will take us through the same route that we took while climbing up.
