This 4-day trek takes you through the lush green forests, charming villages, and natural hot springs, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Here is a detailed itinerary for the Parvati Valley Trek, along with the things to carry.
Arrive at Bhuntar on your own; cars will be arranged from there to Kasol. The picturesque Parvati Valley journey begins at the famed town of "Kasol," which is located on the Parvati River's bank. Arrive in 2 hours and proceed to the lovely village of Tosh. The arrangements will be made in a local homestay.
After breakfast, proceed to Barshaini, the confluence of the rivers Tosh and Parvati. See nature at its finest in Himachal Pradesh today. Go across a lovely region with magnificent landscapes and stunning views of snow-capped peaks. Pass various wooden bridges on the walk, and cascading waterfalls will greet you one by one. Reach Rudra Nag, a serpent-shaped waterfall in Parvati Valley that attracts a lot of tourists due to its unusual design. Stop for a moment to admire its creation, then proceed. During a 12-kilometer trek along the Parvati River, visit the Kalga and Pulga villages and learn about the people' way of life.
Start the day early by watching the sunrise view and changing colors of the lofty Himalayan peaks. Have sumptuous breakfast at Kheerganga, retrace your steps and reach Barshaini. Reach Kasol in 4/5 hours, have food and then start trekking to Malana. It is a naturally beautiful ancient village, famous for its mysterious history. The people there have strict rules and a different way of living. So when you reach there, respectfully explore their way of living. Today, the arrangement will be made a in a lodge.
Post breakfast, get back to Kasol. Spend leisure time exploring this beautiful hill station then leave for Bhuntar.
