Trek Description

Located in the Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh, Kanamo Peak is a stunning mountain peak that stands tall at an altitude of 19,553 feet. Trekking to the summit of this peak is a challenging but exhilarating experience for adventure enthusiasts. The trek offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains, high altitude lakes, and stunning landscapes that make the journey worthwhile.

Day wise Details and Description

Day 1: Arrival in Manali

Arrive in Manali and spend the day acclimatizing to the high altitude.

Day 2: Drive from Manali to Kibber (14,100 feet)

Drive to Kibber, the highest motorable village in the world, and start the trek from here. Trek to the Kanamo Base Camp at an altitude of 15,748 feet.

Day 3: Rest day at Kanamo Base Camp

Spend the day resting and acclimatizing at the base camp.

Day 4: Kanamo Base Camp to Kanamo Peak (19,553 feet) and back to base camp

Begin the trek to the summit of Kanamo Peak in the early morning hours. Reach the summit and take in the stunning panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. Descend back to the base camp.

Day 5: Kanamo Base Camp to Kibber

Start the descent back to Kibber.

Day 6: Drive from Kibber to Manali

Drive back to Manali, and spend the evening relaxing and celebrating the completion of the trek.

Day 7: Departure from Manali

Depart from Manali with unforgettable memories of the Kanamo Peak Trek.
