Day wise Details and Description

Day 1: Srinagar to Sonamarg via Ganderbal

Sonamarg will be reached by way of Ganderbal after the transport has been provided from Srinagar. Before arriving at Sonamarg, take a little rest at Wayil Sind River bank.

Day 2 : Sonamarg to Nichinai

It is a humorous vantage point from which you can see the Sindh valley and the glacier. From here, a steep slope will lead you to Nichinai, your daytime campsite.

Day 3 : Nichinai to Krishansar via Nichinai pass

Begin the day by travelling to Nichinai Pass. Enjoy stunning mountain views from the summit before descending into Vishansar and Krishansar, two stunning lakes, via flowering meadows.

Day 4 : Krishansar to Dubta Pani

Start the hike by ascending steeply to Gadsar Pass, which gives a beautiful view of the Karakorum Mountains. Pass Gadsar Lake and descend gradually to arrive at your campground next to a brook. There, establish your encampment, and retire for the evening.

Day 5 : Dubta Pani to Gangabal Lakes

After breakfast, begin the steady ascent to Postpatri, which is covered with flowers and gives stunning views of the Karakorum Mountains.

Day 6 : Exploration Day/Rest Day

It's exploring day today! Spend the day exploring Gangabal Lake or taking part in brown trout fishing. Trekkers can hike from Gangabal Lake to Kolsar Lake and return again, spending the night there.

Day 7: Gangabal Lake to Naranag and Drive to Srinagar

After breakfast, go back to Naranag and take in the beautiful lakes one final time. To reach Naranag village through Trunkhol and Butsheri, descend through the thick woods and Bodpathri meadows.
