Dayara Bugyal and Dodital Trek is a popular trekking destination in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is a moderate level trek, suitable for beginners as well as experienced trekkers. The trek offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks, pristine lakes, and lush green meadows, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers.
It takes approximately 6 to 7 hours to travel from Dehradun to Rathal Village by way of Uttarkashi, Dharasu, Bhatwadi, and Mussoorie. On the first day, we pick up the group from Dehradun and transport it there. After arriving, take advantage of the homestay and stay the night in the community.
The following day, we travelled from Rathal Village to Gui Camp. On the first day, we will spend the night camping at a lovely location.
On the third day, we will travel from Gui Camp to Devi Kund Camp via Dayara Bugyal, which is about 9 kilometres away.
We will travel 8 kilometres (4 miles) from Devi Kund to Manji Camp on the fourth day via Sat Gadi. The sound of lovely birds and the sound of the waterfalls will lead you to this camp because it is situated in the middle of a dense forest.
We will travel to Dodi Tal in the morning on the fifth day from Manji Camp, which is located 5 km away. Dodi Tal is a renowned lake that is tucked away in a thick forest. About two to three hours are needed to get here.
After an early breakfast on the seventh day, we will depart for Agoda Village of Manji Camp, which is about 9 km away. It will take us 4 to 5 hours to arrive here with a packed lunch.
